We are seeking experienced and highly motivated A&P Mechanics to join our team at our North Phoenix KDVT location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of general aviation aircraft. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on general aviation aircraft.
Conduct repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with FAA regulations.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to support operational needs.
Provide high-quality workmanship to ensure aircraft safety and airworthiness.
Required Qualifications
General Aviation Maintenance Experience, specifically on single-engine or multi-engine aircraft such as Cessna, Beechcraft, Mooney, Diamond.
Strong understanding of FAA regulations and maintenance best practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a Part 91, Part 135, or general aviation maintenance environment.
Experience with both piston and light-turbine aircraft.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate ranging from $25 to $48, depending on experience and certification level.
Candidates with less experience will be offered compensation toward the lower end of the range.
Relocation assistance may be provided for exceptionally qualified candidates.
