PROENERGY is seeking a dependable and safety‑conscious Civil General Laborer to support civil construction and startup activities on large‑scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) power generation projects.
Location Field – Oklahoma City, OK
Travel 90% travel required. Travel pay & per diem available.

Position Summary ProEnergy seeks a dependable and safety‑conscious Civil General Laborer to support civil construction and startup activities on large‑scale EPC power generation projects.
Essential Job Functions
Must possess the ability to work with estimators, project managers, field supervisors, and office personnel.
Assist with site preparation, grading, trenching, and backfilling operations.
Support installation of concrete forms, rebar, foundations, and structural components.
Perform general labor tasks such as material handling, equipment setup, and debris removal.
Operate basic hand and power tools (shovels, jackhammers, compactors, etc.).
Assist with site cleanup, erosion control, and drainage system installation.
All employees are expected to be “safety coordinators” for themselves and fellow workers, implementing PROENERGY’s Corporate Safety and Loss Prevention program at every level of work responsibility.
Qualifications
Experience in working independently and in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment and materials, as required.
Ability to stand, walk, and work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
Legal authority to permanently work in the U.S.
Additional Functions
Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor work is a plus.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Experience working around energized equipment or utility crews.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
This position is primarily on‑site, requiring daily interaction with construction teams and project managers, and may require extended hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet project deadlines.
