Base pay range $20.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Duties/Responsibilities
Interprets ballooned customer drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerance, and purchase order requirements.
Utilizes Zeiss Calypso software to create programs, including documented set up instructions for First Piece, In‑Process and Final Inspection.
Operates Zeiss CMM to run previously proven programs for First Piece, In‑Process and Final Inspection.
Works with Machine Operators, Programming, and Management to produce acceptable product.
Correlates CMM inspection data with hand inspection tools and/or plate inspections including micrometers, indicators, height gauges, etc.
Operates within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Physical Requirements
Ability to work well with others.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Able to handle and follow instruction.
3 years of CMM Programmer/Operator experience.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
