We’re hiring a Diesel Tractor-Trailer Technician to work on advanced diesel and cryogenic equipment in a safety-first environment where your skills are respected and your work truly matters.

Mechanics have the ability to earn $34-$38 an hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, and cryogenic equipment
Conduct detailed inspections to identify issues before they lead to downtime
Complete all fleet maintenance bulletins and service reminders
Corrective Maintenance & Diagnostics
Diagnose and repair equipment failures to ensure safe, reliable operation
Troubleshoot systems using modern diagnostic software and tooling
Develop and execute repair plans from start to finish
Review Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs) and complete corrective actions
Maintain diagnostic tools, shop tools, and shop equipment
Provide on-call troubleshooting support as needed
Parts & Inventory
Manage parts inventory to minimize downtime and keep repairs moving
Receive and ship materials accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts storeroom
Safety First
Follow all safety procedures, especially when working around cryogenic and pressurized systems
Adhere to company safety policies and best practices
Meet physical requirements, including lifting, bending, and standing
Documentation & Quality
Accurately complete work orders and repair documentation in the maintenance system
Follow established checklists and repair protocols to ensure quality work
Team Environment
Work closely with site leadership and local vendors to coordinate repairs
Contribute to a professional, safety-focused, team-oriented shop culture
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience or completion of a diesel mechanic trade school program
Career Technical Education (CTE) certification qualifies
