This position involves implementing individualized plans, providing personal care, ensuring safety, participating in activities, transportation, housekeeping, facility duties, and maintaining documentation.
Responsibilities
Implement individual care plans for residents.
Attend to personal care needs and oversee health, safety, and well‑being.
Notify nurses and coordinate care activities.
Participate in agency activities and community outings.
Assist with daily housekeeping and facility related duties.
Maintain accurate documentation in residential, day habilitation, community habilitation, and school‑age program sites.
Qualifications
Valid NYS Driver’s License.
Energetic, motivated, and compassionate.
No previous experience required – paid training will be provided.
Ability to work full time, part time, and weekends.
