Responsibilities
Master the Equipment: Diagnose and repair forklifts, skid-loaders, trucks, and large production equipment.
Customer Champion: Ensure equipment reliability; treat coworkers as customers with a friendly attitude.
Safety First: Lead by example, maintaining an impeccable safety record.
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of experience maintaining heavy equipment.
Forklift and skid-loader service understanding.
Truck preventive maintenance and inspection understanding.
Trailer inspection service understanding.
A/C certification preferred.
Air brake certified.
General computer skills.
Set of tools to perform all functions of job (list of required tools will be supplied).
Smartphone required for job functions (attendance tracking, work order assignments, safety training, required form submission).
Diagnostic software experience.
Suspension/Brake system training for trucks and trailers.
Electrical and hydraulic schematic understanding.
DOT Inspection license preferred.
Ability to lead and train on equipment preventive maintenance servicing.
Work Schedule
First shift - Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
