Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom and must be able to lift items in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
