Manufacturing Associate - Conformal Coat (swing)
The Manufacturing Associate collaborates directly with the team coordinator and department manager to produce quality processes that meets or exceeds IPC standards. This position is key to company quality standards.

What you'll do
Prepare circuit boards for the coating process
Manually apply conformal coating to circuit boards with an HVLP spray gun
Apply adhesives to circuit boards
Able to work with chemicals
Inspect and quality check work to ensure that products meet all customer and regulatory requirements
Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team and manager as needed
Contribute to a positive team working environment and maintain a clean, organized area
Other Duties
Willingness to assist in other departments as needed
Participate in controlled process improvement projects
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Displays a high-level critical thinking, analysis, and organization
Demonstrated self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a "hands on" mentality
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Effectively manipulate small and/or fragile components and tools
Ability to use visual aids, complicated drawings to verify quality products with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication in person, over the phone, email, and internet or in writing in a positive and professional manner at all times
Normal color vision
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with conformal coating processing
IPC 610 certification
