Automotive Service Manager – Parker Cadillac

We are looking for a proven Automotive Service Manager to lead our busy service department at Parker Cadillac, a respected family‑owned dealership group. The ideal candidate will have a track record of strong customer satisfaction indices, efficient operations, and the ability to motivate and mentor a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor service performance metrics (CSI, productivity, profitability) and implement improvements.
Drive a customer‑focused culture with clear communication, accurate estimates, and timely service delivery.
Partner with Parts, Sales and Fixed Ops leadership to achieve dealership goals.
Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty procedures and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous Automotive Service Manager experience required.
GM experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage a high‑volume service department while maintaining strong CSI scores.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to recruit, train and retain top talent.
Knowledge of warranty processes and OEM requirements.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Applicants must pass pre‑employment screening.
