Primary Responsibilities
Maintenance of all systems supported.
Navigate online service programs.
Coordination of tools and materials required to complete work on time and within budget.
Customer Relations.
Daily work and coordination with customer.
Qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications
All other duties at the direction of the Operations organization.
Inspection & Service
Basic Qualifications
High school Diploma
Minimum 5 years' as a technician in the security integration industry
Valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License
Valid license and clean driving record
Honeywell ProWatch
Exacqvision
CCURE 9000
OSHA 30
Compensation starting at $45+/hour commensurate with experience.
