How You Will Make Contributions That Matter The Production Supervisor directly supervises production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas. This includes planning, assigning and directing work, conducting employee training and mentoring, addressing product and employee complaints and resolving problems. This person carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, OSHA regulations and applicable laws while following all CI processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS).

You're a good fit for the role if you have

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a minimum of 4 years plant experience in a leadership capacity.

Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.

Ability to follow all Sanitation and Quality Policies and Procedures, and report and follow through on any deficiencies.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; lead others through change.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical abilities include the ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop and lift up to 50‑lbs for extended periods of time in a manufacturing facility.

Environment includes wet, cold, hot, humid, chemicals, high noise – controlled at TWA of 85 dB, wear approved personal protective equipment.

Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to detail.

Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.

Ability to coach, develop, engage and retain a team of employees.
