HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Development Specialist
to design and deliver retrofit, upgrade, and energy‑efficient HVAC solutions for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. This is a technical sales role focused on relationships, problem‑solving, and results.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to identify HVAC system upgrade and retrofit opportunities.
Conduct site assessments and develop accurate cost estimates and proposals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through trust and responsiveness.
Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay current with technologies, market trends, and energy‑efficiency innovations.
Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC field experience ; sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with strong customer focus.
Bachelor’s degree in
HVAC Engineering
or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
