Overview
The Bungalows at Branson Meadows is seeking Med Techs to join their team. Full‑time evening shift. Responsibilities include monitoring the health and wellbeing of residents, medication care assistance/administration, and maintaining clinical quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Identify resident needs through assessment/Personalized Service Plan (PSP) process.
Ensure proper follow‑through and documentation for changes in clinical care needs.
Assist the Wellness Nurse with completing clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP.
Inform Wellness Director/Executive Director of medication or service level changes that may result in higher tier or potential move‑out.
Obtain weights and vital signs monthly for each resident prior to monthly wellness visit.
Assist with resident care as needed.
Requirements
Certified Medication Aide and/or meets state medication aide requirements.
Minimum one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living, Dementia care or Skilled Nursing (preferred).
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, available during peak service delivery days and times.
