Project Executive - Electrical Construction $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Now Hiring: Project Executive – Lead, Inspire, and Drive Project Success About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and oversight across multiple construction projects and operating units. This high‑impact position is responsible for developing and executing project delivery plans, managing financial performance, overseeing project management staff, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an analytical thinker, and a proven leader with deep expertise in the electrical construction industry.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement project execution strategies to ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery of all assigned projects

Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers while coordinating manpower assignments across multiple jobs

Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations and long‑term satisfaction

Guide project teams in creating comprehensive Project Execution Plans and maintaining site logistics plans

Oversee cost control measures, monitor change order submissions, and ensure accurate financial projections

Prepare subcontractor/vendor bid lists, bid packages, and award recommendations for executive approval

Ensure adherence to corporate quality‑control processes, procedures, and protocols

Act as the primary liaison between Project Management staff and Executive Leadership

Provide leadership in estimating, bidding, contract review, and overall project financial performance

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience managing construction operations, ideally within the electrical industry

Advanced technical knowledge of electrical construction practices

Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in cost control and project profit/loss management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven leadership ability with experience developing and managing high‑performing teams

Exceptional decision‑making, problem‑solving, and delegation skills

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and dependability

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with executive stakeholders
