Responsibilities
Repair equipment according to blueprints and/or written procedures
Maintain equipment logs, repair data and shift status pass-downs
Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment
Support the equipment section with other responsibilities as needed
Become certified on a variety of tool types
Work with counterparts within engineering department and other departments to meet quality and manufacturing goals
Diagnose and repair equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and written procedures
Requirements
Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cleanroom environment
Personal Attributes
Teamwork skills across diverse and remote teams
Proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities for our needs
Expert in diagnosing and resolving complex issues
Must be self‑motivated and have ability to multi‑task in a high‑paced/high‑stress situations
Strong attention to detail and able to work independently with minimum instruction
Work Location & Schedule On‑site at Camas, Washington, Monday–Friday. The position is typically assigned to a 12‑hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next.

Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Please note that we are unable to provide sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis)
Compensation And Benefits Salary and position placement will be determined based on an individual’s education, experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities. Candidates will be assigned to the appropriate job level, with the corresponding salary range:
Equipment Technician: $27.65 – $33.98 per hour
TSMC's total compensation package also includes profit sharing and incentive bonuses, tuition assistance, and accrues 120 hours of paid time off annually in the first year.
