Key Responsibilities
Lead service projects and mentor junior technicians.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R equipment (walk‑in coolers, freezers, display cases, RTUs, etc.).
Perform and manage preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across customer sites.
Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure quality service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Commercial HVAC/R experience, with refrigeration strongly preferred. 5+ years considered for Lead Service Technician.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
EPA Universal Certification required for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.
Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends, evenings, and on‑call rotation).
