CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater Team in Greenville, SC. The role focuses on delivering clean, safe, and resilient water/wastewater systems for communities. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and accelerate your growth from day one. Responsibilities

Assist in the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for water/wastewater projects. Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates. Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for environmental sustainability. Join field assignments with senior staff to gain hands‑on experience in assessment, planning, and rehabilitation of water/wastewater systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or related discipline required. No experience required; however prior internships and/or relevant coursework preferred. Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team. Participation in professional engineering society/organization preferred. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification a plus.
