The
Capital Markets Analyst
will support Ambrose’s investor relations, fund management, and capital markets functions. This position will focus on financial modeling, portfolio analytics, and fundraising support, including DDQ response preparation, CRM management, and investor reporting. The Analyst will collaborate across teams to provide data-driven insights and optimize Ambrose’s investor communication and technology platforms. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Build and maintain financial models, sensitivity analyses, and internal dashboards to support investment decisions. Aggregate and synthesize data across assets, funds, and joint ventures. Review and abstract information from complex real estate agreements to assist with the preparation of financial materials. Collaborate with internal team and external partners to support market intelligence and strategic initiatives. Work closely with Accounting and Asset Management teams to understand property and fund-level cash flows for historical reporting and capital planning, and forecasting. Capital Markets & Systems
Support capital raising efforts across funds, joint ventures, and separately managed accounts. Build debt packages summarizing financing opportunities; prepare term sheet comparisons and support investment committee memo preparation. Support quarterly and annual investor reporting packages, debt/equity transaction tracking, performance monitoring, and track record reporting. Manage and optimize CRM systems for investor and partner relationship tracking. Work with technology and finance teams to improve reporting automation and process efficiency. Investor Relations
Assist in responding to investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals, and data requests. Partner with leadership to maintain data room materials and presentations. Support onboarding new investors in the subscription process. Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
Internship experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity. Proven experience supporting complex and time-sensitive projects. Strong analytical background, excellent Excel skills, and familiarity with underwriting. High attention to detail with an appreciation for maintaining data quality and integrity. Familiarity with Juniper Square, DealPath, and fund administration systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare polished materials for lenders and investors. Strong time management and problem-solving skills; a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. WORKING HOURS
This role is based in Indianapolis, with flexibility for occasional travel (up to 10%) for meetings and industry events.
