Job Description
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the daily processing of orders that are ready to be invoiced and delivered to the customer. This position must adhere to strict KPI timeframes with regards to order processing and case management. The position will have set daily/weekly goals to be met to provide our business with the adequate support for our customer base.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete and accurate daily processing of open orders in a billable status resulting in a customer-facing invoice.
Deliver invoices to customers using varying delivery mechanisms (mail, email, AP Portal).
Fulfills escalated invoicing requests from direct supervisor.
Assist Collections/Cash Applications/Customers with invoice related information as needed.
Account reconciliation for special delivery customers · Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of business experience in a general office environment, demonstrating a working knowledge of billing policies and procedures and various automated accounting systems.
Intermediate Excel skills (LOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Ability to manage own time, activities and resources to ensure department standards are met on a consistent basis.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to predictably and regularly attend work during scheduled hours. Must be willing and able to occasionally work nights, weekends and variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Ability to follow direction or instruction.
Ability to review and proofread work for accuracy.
Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers.
Ability to manage several tasks at once to meet deadlines.
Ability to analyze information, identify problems and recommend solutions.
Ability to identify and understand customer needs, take appropriate actions to ensure customer needs are met. Proactively identifies ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access information.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
