Position Summary
We have the opportunity for an experienced Revenue Manager to join the Firm’s Corporate Accounting & Finance department. The Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection efforts of approximately $200M accounts receivable balances for over 50 offices. The manager is also responsible for the supervision of the Revenue team. In addition, the Manager will work closely with the Director of Revenue and the firm’s General Counsel to ensure best practices are followed. The Revenue Manager will work closely with the Director of Revenue concerning large, aged balances, purchase offers for bankruptcy claims and monthly reporting to Management.
Essential Functions
Manage, mentor, and develop staff, and ensure that all resources are in functional alignment.
Cultivate and foster a culture that is team-oriented and committed to professional excellence.
Determine remediation plans and elevate issues as appropriate to senior executive leadership; ensure strong lines of communication across the organization.
Willing and able to step in and perform support work regularly.
Participate or lead projects to improve processes and efficiencies of the team.
Review purchase offers for bankruptcy claims.
Direct regular and ad hoc financial reporting, progress on KPI’s, and related metrics and analytics.
Responsible for the oversight of the Star Collect System. This includes any upgrades, training to employees and overall maintenance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, finance or business and/or 4 + years management experience.
High level of independent discretion and excellent analytical skills.

Leadership: The ability to lead and communicate effectively; contribute to team development and performance to achieve organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement: Ability to seek improvement opportunities within area of responsibility.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficient - MS Office with an intermediate skill set in Excel. Knowledge of Star*Collect preferred.

Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Availability to work beyond regular scheduled hours and occasional travel.
