Overview Based in Newark, DE, the client is a rapidly growing and stable residential services company seeking a highly skilled Regional Controller. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all regional financial operations including monthly reporting, entries, ledger, income statement, and monthly cash flow.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Coordinate with the finance team and other relevant departments for budgeting, financial planning, and analysis.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the management team.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Provide financial expertise and support to operational teams, and collaborate with them to drive financial performance.

Participate in strategic planning, risk management, and decision‑making at the regional and company level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA or CFA is a plus.

Minimum 5‑8 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the construction industry.

Proven experience with monthly reporting, entries, ledger, income statement, financials, monthly cash flow, and annual budget.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
