A well-established CPA firm with offices in Southern California is seeking an experienced
Audit Manager
to join its Anaheim team. This role offers leadership opportunities, exposure to diverse industries, and a collaborative work environment.
Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead audits, reviews, and compilations across various industries
Prepare GAAP financial statements and disclosures
Supervise and mentor audit staff
Provide technical support and ensure compliance with GAAP/GAAS
Build strong client relationships and support business development
Participate in internal training and occasional travel
Qualifications
CPA license and Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting
5–7 years of public accounting audit experience
Strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge and technical skills
Experience with private companies, nonprofits, and benefit plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CCH Suite a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
