Aquent is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. This role will play a pivotal role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable processes that directly contribute to our business success and maintain strong relationships with our valued partners. The assignment is a temporary contract position with entry‑level seniority in the North American accounting environment. Responsibilities

Electronically process accounts payable transactions using 3‑way matching for North American operations and manufacturing facilities. Coordinate assigned activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing through our advanced ERP systems. Act as an Accounts Payable Champion, ensuring compliance with approved financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and business partners to resolve parked and blocked invoices efficiently. Respond to internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues. Think creatively to offer new solutions and improve our shared services environment, contributing to continuous operational excellence. Engage in special projects that enhance our shared services capabilities and support overall business goals. Qualifications

2‑4 years of dedicated accounts payable experience. High School Diploma. Proven ability to process a high volume of invoices (75‑100 per day). Experience working with ERP systems; experience with leading financial systems highly preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with vendors and internal teams. Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously. Demonstrated business acumen when interacting with internal teams. Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak demand periods and monthly closing cycles. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

College degree. Experience in accounts payable within a manufacturing environment. Background in the consumer products industry. Experience with document imaging systems. About Aquent Talent
