The Blueprint (Role Profile) Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and based in Apex, NC, this position is responsible for a wide range of A/P activity. We are seeking an experienced candidate who can analyze invoices and work with vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements in a timely, professional manner.

Process vendor invoices
Analyze and provide solutions to duplicate invoices
Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Reconcile vendor statements
Research and respond to AP inquiries
Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
3+ years, proven Accounts Payable experience
Proven, relevant experience in Accounts Payable
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
ERP experience (preferably SAP) required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
