Matching exceptional ERP professionals with their next opportunity across the US Ready to move beyond hands‑on consulting into leadership? This Manager role positions you to lead NetSuite financial implementation teams, mentor consultants, and drive strategy for enterprise clients undergoing major financial system transformations.

What You’ll Develop You'll lead NetSuite implementation teams on enterprise‑scale projects that most managers never see. Our firm was recognized as NetSuite's Global Alliance Partner of the Year in 2024, meaning you'll work alongside leaders setting the standard for complex financial transformations globally.

Your engagements will span:

Pre‑IPO companies preparing their financial systems for public markets

Global enterprises implementing multi‑entity consolidations across 15+ countries

M&A integrations with aggressive TSA timelines (12‑18 months)

PE‑backed companies standardizing financial operations post‑acquisition

Complex implementations: multi‑book accounting, intercompany eliminations, revenue recognition, CTA analysis

You'll develop both technical and leadership capabilities: managing engagement teams, building client relationships at the CFO and Controller level, architecting NetSuite solutions, and mentoring consultants on implementation best practices. This positions you for Partner track or specialized practice leadership roles.

Your Day‑to‑Day Work Lead NetSuite financial implementation engagements from discovery through post‑go‑live:

Manage engagement teams through full implementation lifecycle

Facilitate workshops with CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership

Lead business process mapping for Lead to Cash and Record to Report cycles

Design NetSuite solutions for complex financials: consolidations, multi‑book accounting, CTA analysis, FX variances

Prepare Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents

Oversee configuration, customization, testing, and cutover activities

Drive test planning, execution, and optimization

Provide post‑implementation support to optimize adoption

Mentor junior consultants and build team capabilities

Real leadership on enterprise transformations. Direct C‑suite relationships. Team development responsibilities.

What You Need Required

6+ years with Lead to Cash and Record to Report processes

Certified NetSuite Professional (Administrator, ERP Consultant, Multi‑Book Consultant, or ARM/Revenue Management)

Full lifecycle NetSuite implementation experience (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support)

Expertise with Intercompany, Consolidations, Multi‑book accounting, CTA Analysis, FX variances, and Financial Reporting

Proven ability to lead engagement teams and manage client relationships

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, computer science, information systems, or related field

Valuable (but we’ll develop you)

CPA certification

NetSuite integrations, customizations, and data migration experience

Global team or stakeholder management experience

Advanced degree in business, finance, or technology

Strong project management and mentoring skills

Your Impact You’ll join a practice recognized year after year for delivering measurable results across global NetSuite implementations. Our collaborative culture encourages initiative and on‑the‑job learning, with practice leaders actively investing in your development from implementation manager through practice leadership.

This is a Manager role with genuine leadership responsibility from day one. You’ll own client relationships, manage teams, and shape implementation strategy on complex financial transformations. The market timing is ideal: enterprises globally are modernizing financial systems with NetSuite, and managers who understand both accounting and cloud ERP architecture are in high demand.

You’ll work on transformations spanning M&A integrations, global consolidations, and revenue recognition implementations that directly impact how businesses operate and report financials. As you demonstrate leadership capability, you’ll move into larger engagements, practice development, and potential Partner track opportunities.

This role requires flexibility and travel. Expect intense periods during implementations and go‑lives, working with finance teams managing significant system changes. But if you’re energized by leading teams, solving complex financial system challenges, and building C‑suite relationships, this environment will accelerate your career.
