Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Leasing Consultant role located in Richmond, VA. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective residents, showcasing properties, and assisting with lease agreements. Responsibilities include addressing resident inquiries, coordinating lease administration processes, and working to enhance resident retention. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to deliver a superior living experience and support GoldOller’s commitment to quality property management.
Qualifications
Strong experience with leases and lease administration.
Proven ability to handle resident retention and provide excellent customer service.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail‑oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage property leasing operations effectively.
Proficiency in using property management software and basic computer applications.
A proactive and team‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
