Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Job Description:

The Benefits Analyst will play a key role in the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs and 401(k) plans, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness initiatives. This position will ensure that all benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company's objectives and employee needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Administer and manage day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (e.g., health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability).

Ensure all benefit compliance (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), etc.) complies with U.S. federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.

Lead annual benefits renewal process, including vendor coordination and market benchmarking to ensure competitive, cost-effective offerings.

Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit inquiries, providing guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.

Assist in benefits communication efforts including open enrollment, new hire onboarding, and plan changes.

401(k) Administration – Key Responsibilities

Administer 401(k) plans centrally for multiple plans in the US.

Ensure compliance with plan rules, IRS, and DOL regulations.

Coordinate with vendor/recordkeeper for plan operations and issue resolution.

Support employees with 401(k) inquiries, loans, distributions, and enrollment.

Assist with audits and annual testing (e.g., nondiscrimination tests, 5500 filing).

Maintain accurate employee data related to plan eligibility and participation.

Knowledge of regional benefit program design, management and communications in U.S.

Support L&D and performance management initiatives from Global HR Team.

Support talent management process for Americas Region.

Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.

Degree Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Required Competencies, Experience, & Qualifications

USA benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, etc.).

401(k) administration.

Strong strategic, analytic, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Expert Excel skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Understands and accounts for regional and cultural differences.

High energy with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency and high expectations for performance.

Special Requirements (i.e., Overtime, Travel, etc.) Some domestic and international travel is possible to other technical centers, conferences, training classes or customer meetings.
