Research Field Engineering » Electrical engineering Education Level Master Degree or equivalent Specific Requirements a. preferred specialization: electrical engineering; b. experience in teaching digital systems, programmable controllers, industrial networks, and automation; c. scientific achievements in the field of automation and control theory (including at least two original publications in journals listed in the ministerial ranking); d. experience in data acquisition and processing, PLC programming, implementation of control algorithms and dynamic system modeling, and proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, LabView, and TIA Portal simulation software; e. ability to operate laboratory control and measurement equipment – digital data acquisition cards, oscilloscopes, FPGA systems, PLC controllers with function modules, HMI operator panels, etc.; f. skills and experience in the design and practical implementation of control algorithms within digital systems, the design of automation systems, and the operation and configuration of communication protocols (PROFIBUS, PROFINET, MODBUS RTU); g. commitment, responsibility, and the ability to work in a team Languages ENGLISH Level Good Languages POLISH Level Mother Tongue Research Field Engineering » Electrical engineering Years of Research Experience 1 - 4 Additional Information

a) an application addressed to the Rector of the Białystok University of Technology for employment as an assistant in the research and teaching staff group; b) a personal questionnaire with information on the processing of personal data (a template can be downloaded from the website www.bip.pb.edu.pl in the tab Work at the Białystok University of Technology – Database of forms and documents); c) a document confirming the award of a master's degree, master of engineering degree with at least a good grade on the diploma of completion of studies; d) an abstract of scientific, teaching, and organizational achievements together with a list of publications; e) a statement of compliance with the requirements specified in Articles 113 and 116 of the Act, § 65(1) and § 66-68 of the Statutes of the Białystok University of Technology (template available for download at www.bip.pb.edu.pl in the tab Work at the Białystok University of Technology – Database of forms and documents); f) a document confirming knowledge of a foreign language at least at the B2 level; in the case of foreigners, knowledge of Polish at a level sufficient to prepare and conduct classes; g) other documents, materials, or information that may be relevant to the competition. Selection process

Planned end date of the competition: no later than January 31, 2026. Documents must be submitted by January 17, 2026, to the Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Białystok University of Technology, ul. Wiejska 45 D, 15-351 Białystok. The university reserves the right not to award the competition without giving a reason. The result of the competition does not guarantee employment of the candidate. The final decision on employment is made by the Rector of the Białystok University of Technology.
