Who you are:
5‑7+ years of experience in commercial real estate asset management, real‑estate finance, acquisitions, portfolio management, or a highly analytical CRE function
Advanced ARGUS + Excel skills (cash flow modeling, DCF, NPV, IRR)
Strong institutional underwriting fundamentals across leasing, tenant credit, capex, and valuation
Comfortable presenting and defending recommendations to senior leadership / Executive Committee audiences
A natural mentor—able to elevate junior talent without direct authority
Balanced style: highly analytical, but also polished and effective cross‑functionally (leasing, ops, leadership)
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain ARGUS + Excel models for assigned office assets, including NPV, IRR, and DCF analyses
Conduct annual internal valuations and support key investment decisions with clear, defensible analysis
