Caring Senior Service of Georgetown | Home Care Staffing Coordinator Do you have hands‑on caregiving or CNA experience and a passion for supporting both seniors and caregivers? Caring Senior Service is looking for a Staffing Coordinator who understands quality care from the inside out.

As a

Home Care Staffing Coordinator , you’ll support and mentor caregivers, help match them with clients, oversee schedules, assist with training, and ensure seniors receive compassionate, dependable care at home. You’ll be a key connection between caregivers, clients, and leadership—stepping in to provide hands‑on care when needed.

What You’ll Do:

Recruit, train, and support caregivers

Match caregivers with clients and manage schedules

Assist with client onboarding and care plans

Build strong relationships with clients and families

Provide hands‑on care as needed (ADLs, companionship, meal prep)

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of senior caregiving experience (CNAs encouraged to apply)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Organized, compassionate, and team‑oriented

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks

Ability to support in the Georgetown, Killeen, and Temple areas

Comfortable using computers

Schedule & Pay:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Full‑Time)

Rotating on‑call evenings/weekends

$40,000–$50,000 annually

Mileage reimbursement & PTO
