Why This Role Stands Out Career Growth: Clear path for advancement in commercial lending Impactful Work: Contribute to loan operations and regulatory compliance Key Responsibilities Prepare commercial loan closing packages, modifications, and extensions Establish loans online and manage loan documentation Coordinate due diligence, including OFAC checks and UCC filings Process loan advances and payments for construction loans and credit lines Provide administrative support to Commercial Loan Officers Maintain internal systems and generate reports for management Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting (CRA, HMDA, etc.) Review residential and commercial appraisals What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years in banking with a desire to enter or grow in the commercial loans sector Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered Skills: Strong customer service, organization, and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, loan software) Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial and real estate loan documentation, business entity types, and regulatory requirements preferred Bonus Skills Experience with real estate appraisals Understanding of debit/credit transactions This is an on-site role. The salary range is $50,000 - $70,000 Seniority Level
