Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Support annual budget and quarterly forecast cycles.
Build and update financial models, including P&L projections, margin models, and scenario analyses.
Perform monthly variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and explain key drivers to leadership.
Prepare monthly reporting packages and KPI summaries.
Partner with business units to evaluate pricing, customer profitability, and cost-to-serve.
Analyze cost of service, direct vs. indirect costs, and contribution margins.
Review and interpret cost variances across business units.
Provide input into standard cost updates, cost allocation methodologies, and service costing.
Support Accounting during month-end close by validating cost entries or investigating cost discrepancies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5-10 years of experience.
Strong Excel required; Power BI / SQL is a plus.
Understanding of cost accounting concepts.
