Base pay range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.

About The Manager, Accounts Payable Role The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee all accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, compliance, and process optimization. This role requires a strategic leader with substantial skills in managing accounts payable operations, enhancing financial controls, and developing a high‑performing team. The manager collaborates with finance leadership and cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in accounts payable processes.
What You’ll Do As The Manager, Accounts Payable
Lead and manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Provide daily leadership and guidance to the Accounts Payable team, including training, assigning tasks, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure timely invoice processing and vendor payments in accordance with contract terms.
Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and implement correction plans as needed.
Maintain vendor and contract files, ensuring W‑9s, Foreign Supplier Forms, W‑8s, banking details, and contact information are up to date.
Generate and analyze financial reports related to AP aging, processing data, and cash flow projections.
Manage 1099 reports and oversee vendor setup compliance.
Prepare and process reclassification of journal entries when necessary.
Assist with sales, property, and corporate income tax reporting, ensuring accurate data from vendor invoices and payments.
Support month‑end closing and annual audits with timely and accurate documentation.
What You Bring As a Manager, Accounts Payable
7+ years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting.
2+ years of supervisory experience (preferred).
A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting (preferred).
Experience with Oracle or SAP, as well as sales tax compliance (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
