Financial Services Administrative Assistant – $25/hr
We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Financial Services Administrative Assistant to support 4–5 faculty members in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. This is an on‑site role based in Cambridge, MA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to assigned faculty members
Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements
Process high‑volume expense reimbursements using Concur or a similar system
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and internal documents
Schedule meetings and appointments; develop detailed itineraries as needed
Minimal calendar management required
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Demonstrated experience coordinating travel and processing expense reports
Proficiency with Concur (or a similar expense platform)
Strong command of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other MS Office tools
Must be available to work on‑site in Cambridge Monday through Friday
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting academic faculty or working in a higher education or research environment
Familiarity with institutional policies and procedures around reimbursements and travel
