Job Description Our Roseville team is looking to add an Accounting & Finance Coordinator. The purpose of this position is to ensure accuracy in payments received from homeowners and payments to our subcontracting partners, eliminating discrepancies and ensuring timely collection of unpaid balances. This is a hybrid position based in our Roseville office and does not offer a remote work option.
Responsibilities
Manage AR with a focus on minimizing bad debt expense while ensuring homeowner satisfaction and maintaining the lowest AR possible.
Enter payments from homeowners and labor payments to partners.
Make decisions on collections and work with managers on escalated cases involving final demand letters, property liens, etc.
Manage and audit accounts and access to third‑party finance lender portals and admin payment portal.
Maintain and review key performance indicators (KPIs), audit and investigate as appropriate, support and document implementation of process changes.
Cross‑train and assist in other areas of the business as directed by the supervisor.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving payments, refunds, financing, and business adjustments.
Train all team members in retail locations on process payments in portals and Salesforce. Maintain training documentation for onboarding new team members. Serve as point of contact for corporate communications and partnering related to payments process at the location.
Direction of Others
Minimal direction of others, unless training another on tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year of accounting/finance experience.
Advanced phone etiquette, including qualified talk tracks for escalated collection calls with homeowners.
Advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to work and contribute in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Customer orientation, flexibility, positive outlook, negotiation skills, and detail orientation.
Pay Range $24.45 – $35.45
