Responsibilities

Support the Revenue team in executing revenue strategy, distribution, and pricing for multiple properties.

Drive hotel room revenues from channels such as Direct Web, voice, GDS, and 3rd party intermediaries.

Coordinate with 3rd party internet marketing vendors, CRS providers, and other intermediaries to increase hotel revenues.

Identify and deploy RM & Distribution tools and technology requirements for SH‑managed hotels.

Translate demand trends and market conditions into revenue management strategies to realize maximum revenue.

Present strategy recommendations to General Managers and the Director of Sales & Marketing and implement and monitor this strategy.

Maintain oversight over Reservations Departments and work closely with Sales & Marketing, Catering, Finance, and Front Office departments.

Qualifications

A post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Excellent knowledge of distribution strategies associated with PMS, CRS, and GDS (HMS and Sabre).

Knowledge of various central reservations systems; 3rd party extranets and chain CRS.

Hotel Revenue Management experience related to pricing, budgets, pace, and performance.

Competencies related to channel mix management to yield highest RevPAR at a property/chain level.

High level of analytics; excellent command over Excel, Visual Basic, Access, etc.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and flexibility to meet busy operations demands.

$90,000.00 – $95,000.00
