Accounting and Finance Recruiter at Rezult Group
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Assurance Senior to fulfill an immediate need with a client operating on a hybrid schedule in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and supervise audit engagements in accordance with GAAS, PCAOB standards, SEC requirements, and firm methodology
Evaluate, document, and test internal controls, including SOX 404 compliance, and identify opportunities to strengthen control environments and reduce risk
Prepare, review, and communicate complex financial statements and disclosures in accordance with GAAP, including the application of new accounting pronouncements
Identify, research, and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues in coordination with engagement leadership and clients
Manage audit fieldwork by coordinating staff assignments, timelines, and budgets while ensuring quality and efficiency
Supervise, review, and mentor audit staff, providing ongoing performance feedback and supporting professional development
Qualifications We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
2+ years of accounting experience from public accounting or a blend of public and industry
Must be CPA eligible (CPA preferred)
Intermediate Excel skills—VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Power BI a PLUS
