What You’ll Do:
This position is responsible for:
Coordinating the development of the annual Corporate Product Cost studies
Collaborating with Manufacturing Finance, MGA, Model Controllers, Purchasing Finance, IBT Finance, Sales & Marketing Finance, and FP&A to deeply understand costs to produce vehicles in North America
Understanding and assessing tariff impact on vehicle production costs
Promoting process simplification and accuracy including, Transfer Pricing, Goldbook, AALA, USMCA, and CAFÉ along with other special studies, as required
Partnering with IT to ensure data integrity and enhancements processing
Support the TPC budget, forecasts and Mid-Term Plan (MTP)
Coordinating with other regions to have standardized approaches
Communicating findings with Finance leadership and Product Development management
What You’ll Learn:
You will become an expert in the costs, cost drivers, and calculation of costs that impact the Total Production Cost of NA vehicles
Uses of the product cost data (TPC reporting, S&M forecast, Business Cases, AALA, USMCA content, COGS/Inventory valuation)
Work with global teams to align NA methodology to Stellantis Methodology for PCS/TPC
Work with cross‑functional teams (MFG, SCM, VCE, S&M, FP&A, P&S, MGA)

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Cost Optimization
Proficient in MS Office suite – Specifically, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
Knowledge of systems like EBOM, FastCar, CN, PSAP, STV
Prior experience with plant budgets, engineering systems, product cost at MGA or Plant, S&M
Ability to present effectively to all levels of management
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and develop creative approaches to problem solving
Self‑motivated, strong leader with ability to lead meetings with multiple disciplines
Detail oriented and able to balance details with the big picture (corporate view)
Influence different disciplines, team building and communication skills
