Join Wolverine Fuels, LLC for the Maintenance Supervisor role in our Skyline Mine.
Job Purpose Responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and processes by maximizing the effective utilization of the resources provided.
Responsibilities
Supervise and provide direction to hourly employees in continuous miner, longwall maintenance and/or utility work.
Plan, organize, schedule and coordinate with Shift Supervisor all maintenance and/or utility projects.
Supervise all aspects of safe and efficient maintenance of equipment and processes.
Implement and maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Train personnel as required.
Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum of five (5) years of underground coal mining maintenance experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent safety and attendance record.
Utah Mine Foreman Certification or ability to obtain.
MSHA Electrical Certification.
Willingness to work weekends.
Position Will Report To Maintenance Manager
