Position Overview As a
Graduate Engineer
in
Land Development , you will use AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and other design software to provide design, production, and project administrative support across a variety of projects including feasibilities, cost estimates, studies, construction plans, bid packages and more to public and private clients. Typical Responsibilities
Collaborate with technical experts, peers and support roles to perform design calculations and prepare equipment or material specifications, generating technical drawings and exhibits.
Expand your engineering toolbox by learning advanced techniques, applied theory and industry best practices.
Investigate site conditions, jurisdictional criteria and constraints to inform design iterations.
Maintain check‑ins with manager and engineering mentors to identify growth opportunities.
Provide information or exhibits to inform client and internal leadership in decisions related to project execution.
Work in an office equipped with meeting rooms, amenities and excellent technology.
Required Education and Certifications
Bachelor of Science from an ABET‑accredited university (Civil Engineering preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Previous experience in the engineering industry.
Experience with Bluebeam and water‑resources software (HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS).
Passed the FE Exam.
Strong communication skills.
Team mentality.
