Job Description This position provides IT support to assigned systems as a subject matter expert and secondary support to other systems supported by teammates. The role researches and writes technical design specifications, flowcharts, and test scripts; acquires and organizes source material including applicable specifications and technical write‑ups; coordinates systems installation with user departments ensuring satisfactory results; may participate in smaller‑scope portions of larger projects; works with off‑the‑shelf systems and modifies features; responsible for end users' training on assigned systems as needed; works with vendors on technical requests; assists with development and execution of test plans with the project team; may also be responsible for report writing in applications; and completes other duties as assigned.

Education and Credentials

Associate degree required.

10 years of related experience in IT or healthcare in lieu of degree.

IT specific certification required; 1 application certification (or equivalent expert knowledge of supported applications) required.

Certificate not required upon hire; if required to access build applications, attainment of the certification will be required to retain employment after the first 90 days.

Experience

2 years of experience in IT and/or healthcare required.

Department: KH Information Technology – Applications – Acute.

Standard Hours: Bi‑weekly: 75.00.

Weekend/Holiday Requirement: No.

On‑call Required: Yes.

Schedule Work Hours: 8a-4p.

Work Arrangement: Onsite.
