Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely and efficient manner
Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Educate clients on product features and functionality
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to clients
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing systems is a plus
