Hands-on experience with one or more vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Defender). Understanding of CVE, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence concepts, and security best practices. Experience with patching processes for Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. Strong understanding of network protocols, system hardening, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP). Ability to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and produce clear reports. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Experience working with highly regulated industries such as healthcare and financial services. Familiarity with ITIL, change management, and service ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira). Certified in CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Security+ or CISA is preferred.
