Responsibilities
Translate existing recurring reports into innovative and insightful Tableau dashboards.
Enhance and harden our robust Business Intelligence layer.
Develop and design new Tableau dashboards for Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales Leadership to address key business challenges and KPIs.
Meet with stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet business needs and expectations.
Utilize SQL/ETL experience to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading tasks.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize data and analytics usage.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms, ensuring performance, security, and availability.
Train and support end‑users to maximize the value of dashboards and tools.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
Experience with SQL and ETL tools for data management and manipulation.
Strong background in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau‑driven dashboards and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable Tableau solutions.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Highly motivated with a can‑do attitude and a passion to make a difference.
