The Oracle NetSuite Administrator is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform. This role involves developing customizations, optimizing workflows, managing system configurations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting business operations across multiple functions. The position also plays a key role in improving processes through automation and supports financial close cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the configuration, development, and ongoing evolution of the NetSuite ERP system. Design, develop, and deploy advanced NetSuite customizations (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder). Customize and maintain forms, fields, reports, dashboards, and saved searches. Implement and manage workflow rules, approval processes, security rules, validation rules, email templates, and custom links/buttons. Support data import processes and data migration activities. Maintain user access, roles, permissions, and perform system controls and audits. Ensure system integrity by monitoring integrations, scheduled scripts, and system logs. Maintain and update master business data lists for reporting and integration needs. Identify and implement process improvements through automation or configuration changes. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes. Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role. Minimum 5+ years working with core NetSuite modules: Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, CRM, or Projects. Minimum 5+ years of experience with custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, reports, and the NetSuite data model. Minimum 5+ years of experience creating workflows, saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and dashboards. Preferred Skills:
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification. Experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics. Strong understanding of NetSuite security models and user/role management. Certifications:
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation (Preferred)
