JM & Senior Planning Integration Analyst Location: Colorado Springs, CO | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: TS/SCI – SAP Eligible. Note: This position is part of an active proposal effort and are contingent upon contract award.

Overview DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a JM & Senior Technical Program Analyst provides critical support to theMD 3/S5 directorate by analyzing, defining, and validating system requirements to ensurealignment with operational needs and future planning efforts. The analyst collaborates extensively with various stakeholders, including program offices and operational units, to capture and integrate operator requirements into program development and sustainment activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive staff support including task response, document review and development, training plan validation, and SAP policy integration.

Provide technical support for SEW systems, including tracking system development, operational transitions, and integration activities.

Assist with technical assessments, risk reviews, and integration of SEW capabilities into operational planning and system architectures.

Support the development and review of SEW program documentation such as CONOPS, system specifications, and milestone planning materials.

Minimum Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance; SAP eligibility

JM - Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements analysis, systems engineering, or program support within defense or space operational environments, including demonstrated experience with weapon systems lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination.

CERTIFICATION - DAU Engineering or Program Management Certification (Level II/III under legacy DAWIA or equivalent under Back-to-Basics framework) or similar desired.

Senior - Minimum of 10 years of experience in requirements analysis, systems engineering, or program support within defense or space operational environments, including demonstrated experience with weapon systems lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination.

CERTIFICATION: DAU Engineering or Program Management Certification (Level II/III under legacy DAWIA or equivalent under Back-to-Basics framework) or similar desired.
