Compliance, Regulatory, and Investor Requirements
Budgeting, Forecasting & Variance Analysis
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
3–5 years of property management accounting experience, including at least 2 years in LIHTC or other affordable housing programs (HUD, RD, HOME, PBRA, etc.).
Experience with RealPage Onesite is preferred
Salary Information
