Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You are a healer and a helper, addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. Your goal is to execute a program that restores, reinforces, and enhances their physical abilities. You are adaptable to patients’ needs, find joy in the variety of work and settings, collaborate with peers, and make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive. You put patients first, ensuring they and their families receive the highest quality service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range USD $35.00 – $38.00 per hour.
