In this role, you will manage comprehensive accounting responsibilities for multiple clients, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records. You will work closely with business owners and managers to provide insights, solve problems, and support growth objectives. The role requires balancing multiple client accounts simultaneously, leveraging technology to streamline processes, and maintaining high-quality standards in financial reporting. You will also prepare financial statements, management reports, and support client inquiries, all while fostering trusted client relationships. Accountabilities
Oversee daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy across multiple client accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
Manage full‑charge bookkeeping responsibilities, including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
Review and improve financial processes, leveraging technology to increase efficiency
Collaborate with clients to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
Respond to client inquiries and resolve accounting or financial issues promptly
Mentor junior staff and maintain high standards of client service and data integrity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
5+ years of full‑charge bookkeeping experience managing multiple clients
Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct, as well as MS Office and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
CPA, Enrolled Agent, or CPA candidate status is a plus
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Comfortable working in a remote environment with a private workspace
