Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ADP
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate to sell ADP solutions across payroll, tax, human resources and benefits. You will act as a consultative business partner to CFOs, HR and payroll admins in organizations ranging from Fortune 100 to small businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: work independently and collaboratively as part of teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans: implement a sales strategy targeted at decision makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: sell cloud-based human resources solutions and strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Acumen Using New Tools: quick learner who leverages insights and real‑time data to assist clients and prospects.
Positive Self‑Starter: upbeat, persistent style, proactive outreach, independent time management and professional presentation.
Continuous Learner: always learning, growing, and questioning past actions to improve outcomes.
Education: a college degree is great but not required. Acceptable experience includes two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship. Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust‑building is valued.

Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
Experience with video platforms.
